About the workshop
Experience the power of mindfulness, meditation and breathwork as tools for coping with stress in this 75 minute workshop. Join our mindfulness teacher and board certified integrative health and well – being coach, Serena Jain, as she guides you through time tested and researched practices proven to reduce stress, restore balance, and empower you to choose wise response and become less reactive in your daily life. This workshop will include periods of sitting, walking and lying down practices as well as facilitated discussion to release stress and share in community. Please come dressed comfortably.
